Founded in 2022 in memory of my godson, JNB LLC is more than just an accounting and bookkeeping service. It’s a commitment to helping businesses not only survive but thrive.

Our journey began in 2023, during a time of personal challenge. Unable to find a traditional job, I discovered an opportunity to assist businesses with their books. Quickly, I realized that while many companies needed help balancing their ledgers, what they truly lacked was the strategic guidance to scale and grow sustainably. From managing costs and understanding profitability to implementing efficient HR processes and project management systems, businesses needed more than just number crunching—they needed a partner.

My own professional path shaped the foundation of JNB LLC. Raised by a mother who shattered glass ceilings as the first female district manager for Skippers, I learned the value of hard work and leadership from an early age. Starting my career at 14 in the service industry, I naturally gravitated toward management roles. By 23, with my first child on the way, I sought the stability of a 9-5 role and joined a small tech company as a receptionist—a role humorously titled “go-girl.” Recognized for my potential, I quickly climbed the ranks, mastering business operations, contractor management, full-cycle bookkeeping, and project management, eventually becoming Director of Operations.

My journey continued through various startups, where I honed my skills in project management and business strategy. Again and again, I noticed a recurring theme: businesses struggled to scale because they lacked critical financial insights and operational structures. This realization became the backbone of JNB LLC’s mission.

In 2024, JNB LLC took off organically. Starting with tax preparation for my first client, word spread quickly. More businesses sought our help, not just for accounting, but for the deeper operational guidance they needed. Our holistic approach—combining financial management, administrative support, HR processes, and project management—has since helped numerous companies streamline their operations and scale with confidence.
