Our Story

JNB LLC was born out of resilience. In 2023, during a challenging season when traditional job opportunities were scarce, I found myself helping local businesses with their books. It didn’t take long to realize that while many companies needed help managing their finances, what they truly lacked was the strategic insight to scale effectively. That’s when JNB LLC’s mission became clear: to provide businesses with the tools, knowledge, and support to thrive.

My journey to founding JNB LLC wasn’t linear. Raised by a trailblazing mother—the first female district manager for Skippers—I learned the value of hard work early on. From my first job at 14 in the service industry to years spent managing retail and restaurant teams, leadership was always a part of my DNA. At 23, with my first child on the way, I transitioned to the stability of a 9-5, joining a small tech startup as a receptionist. But my drive didn’t let me sit still for long.

Recognized for my potential, I climbed the ranks—learning business operations, project management, contractor coordination, and full-cycle bookkeeping—ultimately becoming the Director of Operations. I later worked in various tech startups, where I noticed a recurring theme: businesses often struggled to scale because they lacked clear financial data and operational structures. This realization fueled my passion for helping businesses succeed beyond the numbers.
